Can data stay within Belgium or the EU?
Yes. We deploy inside your own cloud account in a Belgian or other EU region and choose model providers with EU data residency and no training on your data. A GDPR data processing agreement is signed before scoping, in line with the Belgian Data Protection Authority’s guidance on AI.
How do you handle the EU AI Act for Belgian clients?
We classify each use case against the Act, avoid prohibited practices and build the logging, documentation and human oversight its risk level needs. Transparency duties already apply; high-risk obligations follow from December 2027, with BIPT as Belgium’s market surveillance authority. We design for them now rather than later.
