Sweden has moved fast on AI policy. The AI Commission’s roadmap (SOU 2025:12) called for urgent national action, the Government presented a national AI strategy in February 2026, and a further inquiry (SOU 2025:101) proposed how the EU AI Act will be supervised in Sweden, with PTS as the main market surveillance authority and IMY running a regulatory sandbox. Swedish buyers already work in English and expect a partner who can keep up with that pace.

Do we need Swedish-language agents?
Only if your customers do. Most of our Swedish clients run internal agents in English and customer-facing agents in Swedish and English. Modern models handle Swedish well, and we test outputs with Swedish speakers on your team and keep evaluation sets in both languages before anything goes live.
Can our data stay in Sweden or the EU?
Yes. We deploy inside your own cloud account in a Stockholm or other EU region and choose model providers with EU data residency and no training on your data. A GDPR data processing agreement is signed before scoping, and we follow IMY’s guidance on AI and personal data.
How do you work across the time difference?
We are three hours ahead in summer and four in winter. Swedish days start early, so we schedule stand-ups and demos between 8am and 2pm Swedish time, stay on Slack or Teams through your afternoon and hand over written updates and recorded demos for the rest of the day.
What does a pilot cost for a Swedish company?
Pilots are fixed-scope and fixed-price on one workflow, agreed after a short scoping call and quoted in SEK, EUR or USD. Ongoing engineering is available hourly or on a monthly retainer. Our rates are well below Nordic agency rates; see the pricing page for current figures.
