02 / Why Egypt companies work with us

Senior engineers, your hours, your rules.

Working hours that fit yours

Egypt is two to three hours behind our team depending on the season, so most of your Sunday to Thursday working day overlaps with ours.

Built for your regulations

We design to Egypt Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and its 2025 Executive Regulations from the first sketch, with audit logs and human approval for decisions that affect people.

Your cloud, your region

Agents can run entirely inside your own cloud account in a Egypt or nearby region, with model providers chosen for data residency and no training on your data.

Simple commercial terms

Quotes in USD or EGP. Bank transfer, Wise or Payoneer. NDA signed before scoping.

03 / AI in Egypt

What is changing, and where agents pay off.

Egypt is the most populous country in the Arab world and a growing hub for Arabic-language AI, with a National Artificial Intelligence Strategy now in its second edition for 2025 to 2030. The Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 gained its Executive Regulations in November 2025, setting out licensing, breach notification and cross-border transfer rules with a one-year compliance window. Companies finally have a clear target to build towards.

The strongest opportunities we see in Egypt are in high-volume operations: customer service in Egyptian Arabic and English across WhatsApp and web, finance reconciliation for banks and payment firms, order and delivery exception handling for e-commerce, and document processing for logistics and real estate. Agents prepare the work and log every step, and a person approves anything that changes money, customers or records. Any transfer of personal data outside Egypt is designed around the licence requirements in Law No. 151.

04 / FAQ

Questions from Egypt teams.

Do your agents handle Egyptian Arabic?

Yes. We build bilingual Arabic and English agents and test them with Egyptian Arabic speakers on your team, because customer-facing tone in Egypt differs from Gulf or Modern Standard Arabic. Outputs are reviewed in both languages before launch, and customer-facing replies keep a human approval step until you are confident in the quality.

Can our data stay in Egypt?

It can. Law No. 151 of 2020 requires a licence to transfer personal data outside Egypt, so where that applies we keep personal data on your own infrastructure or hosting in Egypt and process only minimal or anonymised data elsewhere. Where a cross-border transfer is unavoidable, we document it so your licence application is straightforward.

What hours do you work for Egyptian clients?

We follow your Sunday to Thursday week. Egypt is two hours behind our team in summer and three in winter, so stand-ups, demos and reviews fit inside your working day and we stay reachable on Slack or Teams through your afternoon. Fridays and Saturdays are quiet unless a live system needs attention.

How do we start a project with MLChronix from Egypt?

Book a 30-minute strategy call. We look at one workflow, the tools involved and what success would mean. If an AI agent fits, you receive a fixed-scope, fixed-price pilot proposal within a few days, quoted in USD or EGP. If it does not fit, we tell you why.
