Middleware & systems integration

AI and automation only work when your systems talk to each other. We build middleware: APIs, event-driven integrations and sync services that connect ERP, CRM, e-commerce, finance and AI agents, with retries, monitoring and an audit trail, so data moves reliably and nobody copies it by hand.

01 / Capabilities

01

Integration architecture

We design how data should flow between your systems, which one owns each record, and what happens when something fails.

02

API layer

Typed, documented APIs in front of older systems so new apps and AI agents never touch them directly.

03

Events and sync

Queues, webhooks and change-data-capture keep systems in step in near real time, with idempotent retries.

04

Operations

Dashboards and alerts for every integration, plus replay tools so a failed message is fixed, not lost.

02 / How we deliver it

  1. phase 01

    Map

Systems, owners, data contracts and the integrations that hurt most today.

  2. phase 02

    Build the first flow

One high-value integration end to end, monitored, in production.

  3. phase 03

    Scale

Shared connectors, patterns and an API catalogue for the next integrations.

  4. phase 04

    Run

Support, monitoring and documentation your team can maintain.

03 / What changes

  • No more manual copy and paste between systems
  • Failures surface in minutes with a replay option
  • Legacy systems protected behind clean APIs
  • A foundation AI agents can safely build on

04 / FAQ

Questions about Middleware & systems integration.

Do you replace our existing systems?

Usually not. Middleware sits between systems and lets them exchange data reliably, so you can keep the ERP or CRM that works and modernise around it.

How do you handle failures?

Every integration has retries, dead-letter queues, alerts and a replay tool. A failed message is visible and recoverable, not silently lost.

Can AI agents use the middleware?

Yes, that is often the goal. Agents call the same documented, permissioned APIs as your apps, so they never need direct database access.
