Do you have an office in Amman, and how does the working week fit?
No. We work remotely from Pakistan, two hours ahead of Jordan, which stays on UTC+3 all year. Your week runs Sunday to Thursday and ours Monday to Friday, so Monday to Thursday overlap completely and most of your day falls inside our hours. We schedule demos and reviews on those shared days and agree Sunday cover for launches and live systems at kick-off.
Can you act as a conversational AI consultant as well as build the system?
Yes. We start by reviewing the conversations you already handle, deciding what an assistant should answer, what it should hand to a person and which systems it needs, then build and test it in Arabic and English. If a chatbot is not the right answer for a workflow, we say so.
Do you build ordinary software and mobile apps, not only AI?
Yes. We build custom software, web applications and iOS and Android apps, and we work in existing Laravel, React, Node and Python codebases. Many projects combine both, such as a customer app with an AI assistant inside it. You own all the code.
How do you handle Law No. 24 of 2023 on personal data?
We document what personal data each feature uses and why, collect only what the workflow needs, support access and deletion requests, and log every agent action. Data is processed in your own cloud account in the region you choose, or on your own infrastructure in Jordan where a client or regulator requires it.
