What is changing, and where agents pay off.
Poland now has its own AI Act implementation: the AI Systems Act signed in 2026 creates the Commission for the Development and Safety of Artificial Intelligence (KRiBSI) as national regulator and sandbox operator, while UODO continues to supervise personal data. The Ministry of Digital Affairs’ Policy for the Development of AI to 2030 aims to make Poland one of Europe’s main AI centres. Polish companies have deep engineering talent and want partners who extend that capacity, not replace it.

Do your agents work in Polish?
Yes. We build and test agents in Polish and English, with Polish speakers on your team reviewing outputs before launch. Polish grammar is demanding for language models, so we keep Polish evaluation sets and test declensions, formality and domain vocabulary rather than assuming English quality carries over.
How do UODO and the KRiBSI affect our project?
UODO supervises personal data under the GDPR and the 2018 Act; the KRiBSI is the new national AI regulator under the AI Systems Act. We design for both: clear purpose and minimal data, logged processing, documentation of each system’s risk class, and human oversight for decisions that affect people.
Who owns the code, prompts and data when the project ends?
You do. We work in your repositories and cloud accounts wherever possible, and all code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation transfer to you. There are no licence fees and no lock-in.
