AI consulting & strategy

Our AI consultants are the engineers who build the systems, so advice stays practical. We review your workflows, data and tools, rank AI use cases by value and effort, design the architecture and governance, and leave you with a roadmap you can execute with us or with your own team.

01 / Capabilities

01

Discovery

Interviews and process walkthroughs to find where time and money are lost, and where AI genuinely helps.

02

Prioritisation

Each use case scored for value, effort, data readiness and risk, so the first project is a safe win.

03

Architecture

A target design covering models, data, integrations, security and cost, independent of any single vendor.

04

Governance

Policies for data handling, human approval and auditing that fit your regulator and your board.

A phased plan with architecture, risks and the first pilot defined.

  4. phase 04

Optional: we build the first use case so the strategy is proven in production.

04 / FAQ

Questions about AI consulting & strategy.

Do you only consult, or do you also build?

Both. The consultants are the engineers who build, so the roadmap is realistic, and we can deliver the first pilot ourselves or support your team to do it.

How long does an AI assessment take?

A focused assessment of one business area typically takes one to three weeks, depending on how many teams and systems are involved.

Are you tied to a particular AI vendor?

No. We recommend models and tools per use case and design the architecture so providers can be swapped without rebuilding.
