What is changing, and where agents pay off.
Denmark was the first EU member state to pass its national AI Act implementation law, in May 2025, naming the Agency for Digital Government as the main supervisory authority alongside Datatilsynet. The government’s Strategic Approach for Artificial Intelligence, published in December 2024, backs Danish language models and large-scale public sector adoption. Danish companies are used to working digitally and in English, which makes them fast to start and demanding on quality.

Do your agents work in Danish?
Yes. Danish is well supported by current models, and we test prompts, retrieval and outputs with Danish speakers on your team before launch. Many clients run internal agents in English and customer-facing agents in Danish; we keep evaluation sets in both so quality is measured in each.
Where is our data processed?
Inside your own cloud account in a Danish or other EU region by default, with model providers that offer EU data residency and do not train on your data. We sign a GDPR data processing agreement before scoping and design to Datatilsynet’s expectations on purpose, minimisation and transparency.
Who supervises the EU AI Act in Denmark and what does it mean for us?
The Agency for Digital Government is Denmark’s main market surveillance authority, with Datatilsynet and the Court Administration covering specific areas. For most business agents the duties are transparency, documentation and human oversight. We classify your use case early and build the controls its risk level requires.
Who owns the code, prompts and data when the project ends?
You do. We work in your repositories and cloud accounts wherever possible, and all code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation transfer to you. There are no licence fees and no lock-in.
