What is changing, and where agents pay off.
Spain was the first EU country to set up a dedicated AI regulator, AESIA, and its Estrategia de Inteligencia Artificial 2024 funds Spanish-language models and AI adoption in companies and public administration. For buyers this means two things: AI is being encouraged, and it will be supervised. We build agents that satisfy both, with clear documentation, logged actions and a person approving anything that affects a customer.

Do your AI agents work in Spanish?
Yes. We build and test agents in Spanish and English, and can support Catalan, Galician or Basque where your customers need it. Spanish speakers on your team review tone and accuracy before launch, and we keep evaluation sets in each language so quality is measured, not assumed.
Can our data stay in Spain or the EU?
Yes. We deploy inside your own cloud account in Madrid, Aragón or another EU region and choose model providers with EU data residency that do not train on your data. A data processing agreement under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD is signed before any personal data is touched.
How do AESIA and the EU AI Act affect our project?
AESIA is the national authority that supervises the EU AI Act in Spain. We classify each use case against the Act, avoid prohibited practices and build logging, documentation and human oversight to the level its risk category requires. Transparency duties apply now; high-risk rules follow from December 2027.
