Do you have an office in Dublin?
No. We work remotely from Pakistan, which is five hours ahead of Ireland in winter and four in summer. Your morning is our afternoon, so stand-ups and demos run between 9am and 1pm Irish time, and we stay reachable on Slack or Teams into your afternoon with written updates for the rest of the day.
What is LLM routing and do we need it?
Routing sends each request to the model that fits it best, for example a small fast model for classification, a stronger model for complex reasoning, and a model hosted in your own account for sensitive data, with fallbacks if a provider fails. It usually lowers cost and latency and keeps data policies enforceable. We add it once real traffic shows where it pays.
Can you work alongside our in-house engineers?
Yes. We join your Slack or Teams, follow your code review and release process, and work in your repositories. You can hand the system to your own team at any point because the code, prompts and evaluation sets are yours.
How do you handle GDPR with the Data Protection Commission in mind?
Personal data stays inside your EU cloud account, model providers are chosen for EU residency and no training on your data, and we sign a data processing agreement before scoping. We document purpose, data flows and retention so your DPO can complete any assessment the DPC would expect.
