What is changing, and where agents pay off.
Switzerland has chosen its own path on AI. In February 2025 the Federal Council decided against a Swiss equivalent of the EU AI Act, opting for sector-specific adjustments and ratification of the Council of Europe’s AI Convention, which Switzerland signed in March 2025, with draft legislation expected by the end of 2026. The revised Federal Act on Data Protection, in force since September 2023, remains the law that matters most for day-to-day AI projects.
Swiss buyers in banking, pharma and precision industry expect discretion, documentation and reliability more than novelty. We build agents that prepare KYC and onboarding files, reconcile transactions, draft regulatory and quality documents and answer client questions in German, French and English, with a person approving anything that affects a client or a record. Can our data stay in Switzerland?
Yes. We deploy inside your own cloud account in a Zurich or Geneva region, or an EU region if you prefer, and select model providers with Swiss or EU data residency that do not train on your data. Access is scoped to the task and every agent action is logged for your audit.
Does the EU AI Act apply to a Swiss company?
Not directly inside Switzerland, which has no AI Act of its own. It does apply if you place AI systems on the EU market or their output is used in the EU. We check this during scoping and design to the EU rules where they reach you, alongside the FADP at home.
Which languages do your agents support?
German, French, Italian and English, tested with native speakers on your team before launch. We keep prompts, retrieval and evaluation sets in each language your customers use, including Swiss German conventions in written correspondence where that matters to your brand.
