02 / Why Singapore companies work with us

Senior engineers, your hours, your rules.

Working hours that fit yours

Singapore is three hours ahead of our team, so your afternoon and ours run together every day. We start early for morning stand-ups when needed, which gives you a near-full working day of live collaboration.

Built for your regulations

We design to Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (amended 2020) and the PDPC advisory guidelines on AI recommendation and decision systems (March 2024) from the first sketch, with audit logs and human approval for decisions that affect people.

Your cloud, your region

Agents can run entirely inside your own cloud account in a Singapore or nearby region, with model providers chosen for data residency and no training on your data.

Simple commercial terms

03 / AI in Singapore

What is changing, and where agents pay off.

Singapore has some of the most detailed AI governance guidance in Asia Pacific, and buyers expect vendors to know it. IMDA’s Model AI Governance Framework now has a generative AI edition from May 2024 and an agentic AI framework launched in January 2026, both voluntary. For financial institutions, MAS issued Guidelines on AI Risk Management on 7 October 2026, with the first sections taking effect a year later. We design agents to those documents: bounded permissions, logged actions and a person accountable for every consequential decision.

The work Singapore companies ask for is operational. Agents reconcile payments and trade documents, triage customer and vendor requests, prepare compliance and management reports, and answer staff questions from internal knowledge bases. Data stays in your own cloud account in a Singapore region, personal data is handled under the PDPA with the PDPC’s 2024 guidance on AI decision systems in mind, and MAS-regulated clients get the inventory, testing and human-oversight records their guidelines call for.

04 / FAQ

Questions from Singapore teams.

Do you work in Singapore business hours?

Yes, for most of the day. Singapore is three hours ahead of our team, so our full working day overlaps with your late morning and afternoon. We hold stand-ups and demos between 11am and 6pm Singapore time and start earlier when a project needs it. There is no daylight saving on either side, so the schedule never shifts.

Can our data stay in Singapore?

Yes. We deploy inside your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account in the Singapore region and choose model providers with in-region processing where your policy requires it. Personal data is handled under the PDPA, following the PDPC’s advisory guidelines on AI recommendation and decision systems, and we sign a data processing agreement before any personal data is touched.

How do your rates compare with Singapore AI agencies?

Senior AI engineers in Singapore are commonly billed at SGD 95 to 250 an hour through local firms. Our senior engineers work from USD 18 to 80 an hour depending on seniority, quoted in SGD or USD, and every engagement can begin with a fixed-price pilot on one workflow. You see the full cost before committing, and the code, prompts and data are yours.

How do we start a project with MLChronix from Singapore?

Book a 30-minute strategy call in your afternoon. We look at one workflow, the systems involved and what success would mean, and we check it against the PDPA and, for financial institutions, MAS expectations. If an agent fits, you receive a fixed-scope pilot proposal within a few days. If it does not, we tell you why.

Ready to hand the busywork to agents in Singapore?

Thirty minutes, one workflow, an honest view of whether an agent will pay for itself.
