SYS-03 / Service
Automation & data pipelines
ETL pipelines, workflow automation and API integrations that keep data flowing between your tools, with alerts when something breaks instead of silent failures.
01 / Capabilities
Workflow automation
Replace manual hand-offs between tools with dependable, observable jobs.
Data pipelines
Extract, clean and load data into a warehouse or database your reports trust.
Document processing
Pull structured fields from invoices, forms and emails with AI plus validation.
Observability
Retries, alerts and run history so you know what ran and what failed.
02 / How we deliver it
phase 01
Process audit
We trace the manual steps and find the ones worth automating first.
phase 02
Build the pipes
Integrations and jobs with tests against real sample data.
phase 03
Parallel run
Run alongside the manual process until the numbers match.
phase 04
Hand over
Runbooks, dashboards and alerts your team understands.
03 / What changes
- Fewer manual hand-offs
- One trusted copy of the data
- Failures surface as alerts
- Documented, owned pipelines
04 / FAQ
Questions about Automation & data pipelines.
Which systems can you connect?
Anything with an API or an export: CRMs, helpdesks, ERPs and accounting platforms, spreadsheets, databases, email and messaging tools. Where a system has no API we look at safe alternatives during discovery.
How do you make sure a pipeline does not fail silently?
Every job has retries, run history and alerts. Failures surface in Slack, Teams or email with the context needed to fix them, and dashboards show what ran and what did not.
Can you extract data from invoices, forms and emails?
Yes. We combine AI extraction with validation rules and a review step, so structured fields come out of unstructured documents and a person only looks at the exceptions.
How do you roll out automation safely?
We run the new pipeline alongside the manual process until the numbers match, then switch over gradually. Runbooks and monitoring are handed to your team before we step back.
Is this the same as RPA?
It overlaps, but we prefer APIs and events over screen automation because they break less. Where a legacy system only offers a screen, we use browser automation carefully and with monitoring.
