LLM and AI agent development company in Lisbon for startups and enterprises

Lisbon’s technology scene mixes international scale-ups, nearshore engineering and shared service centres for foreign groups, and a home-grown startup community supported by the city’s Unicorn Factory Lisboa programme at the Hub Criativo do Beato. Many of these teams already ship product and want an LLM layer added properly: retrieval over their own content, routing between models, evaluation sets, cost controls and guardrails, rather than a prototype that only works in a demo.
