Explore02 / Why USA companies work with us
Senior engineers, your hours, your rules.
Working hours that fit yours
We cover US Eastern mornings live, typically 8am to 12pm ET, and offer early Pacific overlap on request. Everything else runs asynchronously with written updates and recorded demos.
Built for your regulations
We design to CCPA and CPRA, including the CPPA’s automated decision-making technology regulations (in effect from 1 January 2026, compliance for significant decisions by 1 January 2027) from the first sketch, with audit logs and human approval for decisions that affect people.
Your cloud, your region
Agents can run entirely inside your own cloud account in a USA or nearby region, with model providers chosen for data residency and no training on your data.
Simple commercial terms
Quotes in USD. ACH or wire transfer, Wise or Payoneer. NDA signed before scoping. US-friendly contracts and W-8BEN provided.
03 / AI in the United States
What is changing, and where agents pay off.
US boards have moved from AI experiments to AI with provable returns. The agents that earn their keep are the ones that complete real work in existing tools: support triage, finance reconciliation, sales admin and reporting, with a person approving anything that matters.
We build those agents with scoped credentials, audit logs and evaluation suites, and we design for the privacy and AI laws that apply to your customers, from the CCPA and CPRA in California to Colorado’s revised AI law and HIPAA where healthcare data is involved.

We are engineers, not lawyers. We build to these frameworks and work with your legal and compliance teams on the final review.
04 / FAQ
Questions from USA teams.
What hours do you overlap with US teams?
We work live with US Eastern teams from about 8am to 12pm ET every weekday, and arrange early-morning Pacific overlap on request. Outside those windows we deliver asynchronously with written updates and recorded demos.
Can you deploy in our US cloud account?
Yes. We deploy inside your own AWS, GCP or Azure account in US regions, use model providers with US data residency, and keep secrets and access scoped to the task.
How do your rates compare with US agencies?
US and UK agencies commonly charge $100 to $200 an hour. Our senior engineers work from $18 to $80 an hour depending on seniority, with fixed-price pilots available. See the pricing page for details.
Why hire an offshore AI development company instead of a local one?
Cost and speed to a senior team. US agencies commonly charge $100 to $200 an hour; our senior engineers work from $18 to $80. You get the same ownership of code, prompts and data, deployment in your own US cloud account, and live overlap with Eastern mornings. The trade-off is fewer in-person meetings, which we replace with recorded demos and written updates.
Do you sign NDAs and protect our IP?
Yes. We sign an NDA before scoping and a contract that assigns all code, prompts, evaluation sets and documentation to you. Work happens in your repositories and your cloud account, so nothing of yours lives on our systems once the project ends. We provide a W-8BEN and US-friendly contract terms, and there are no licence fees or lock-in.
Which US AI laws apply to an AI agent we deploy in our business?
It depends on where your customers are and what the agent decides. California’s CCPA regulations on automated decision-making technology apply to significant decisions from 1 January 2027. Colorado’s revised AI law, SB 26-189, takes effect the same day. Illinois and Texas have narrower rules already in force. We map each use case to these before build and design the notices, logs and human review they expect.
How do we start a project with MLChronix from the United States?
Book a 30-minute strategy call. We look at one workflow, the tools involved and what success would mean. If an AI agent fits, you receive a fixed-scope pilot proposal within a few days. If it does not fit, we tell you why.
Ready to hand the busywork to agents in USA?
