Delete your Sakuna account

Delete in the app

1. Open Sakuna and go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
2. Scroll to “Delete my data” and tap Delete my data.
3. Confirm twice — this is a deliberate, double-checked action.
4. Your account is erased immediately and you are signed out.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently erases everything tied to your account:

• Your Twin
• Every simulation and its outcome
• All missions and mission history
• Traits and calibration data
• Your profile and account record

This action cannot be undone and your data cannot be recovered.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your Sakuna account removes your app data, but it does not cancel billing managed by the App Store or Google Play. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your store settings before deleting so you are not charged again.

Prefer we do it for you?

If you can no longer access the app, email us from your account address and we will remove your data manually: m.usman003344@gmail.com.
