Sakuna Terms of Use

These terms explain the rules for using Sakuna. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using the app, you agree to use Sakuna responsibly and understand that it is a simulation and learning product, not professional advice.

1. What Sakuna is

Sakuna provides interactive simulations, planning tools, educational lessons, and game-style progress systems. Results are simplified models designed to build intuition. They are not predictions, guarantees, or instructions to make real financial, legal, medical, tax, or investment decisions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of information you enter. You may delete your account from the Privacy and Data screen. Deletion is permanent and removes account-linked data according to the Privacy Policy and in-app deletion flow.

3. Subscriptions

Paid access is billed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on where you subscribed. You can cancel anytime in your store subscription settings. Deleting your Sakuna account does not cancel store-managed billing, so cancel the subscription in the store first if you no longer want to be charged.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attack the service, reverse engineer protected systems, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or use Sakuna in a way that violates law or harms other people.

5. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You allow Sakuna to process that information only to operate the product, sync your account, provide support, improve reliability, and deliver features described in the app and Privacy Policy.

6. No warranties

Sakuna is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, financial outcomes, or that every simulation will match real-world conditions.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material updates will be reflected in the app or legal documents. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
